The Elks Riders #353 of the Naval Lodge in Port Angeles are holding their 2nd annual fund raiser Mardi Gras party On February 8th at 6pm in the ballroom of the lodge. There will be food, music, dancing, photo booth, games, door prizes, live and silent auctions and a no host bar.
