In this pulsating thriller, the last Soviet Cosmonaut watches from space as the country he loves falls apart beneath him. Trapped in space as the Soviet Union disbands, cosmonaut Sergei Krikalev has two sources of information from the ground: his wife in mission control, and a ham radio operator from Australia, who has managed to tap into the Mir Space Stations frequency.
