CLALLAM COUNTY – District 3 firefighters answered a call yesterday to find two adjacent, fully engulfed structure fires on Blue Mountain Road at School House Lane.

A single-wide trailer and adjoining stick-framed house, along with their contents, appear to have been a total loss.

Chief Dan Orr says firefighters main concern on arrival was to keep the fire from spreading to other properties.

The occupants of the single wide were both at work at the time of the fire. Investigators are on scene working to determine the cause and origin of the fire.
