For thousands of years, the ancestors of the Chemakum and S’Klallam people managed the bountiful resources of Indian Island and Oak Bay. Join us on a 2-mile-roundtrip walk along the Portage Canal trail as we explore the rich history of this beautiful area. There will be two hikes, at 10 AM and 12:30 PM, and are approximately 90 minutes long.
