Port Angeles – The Waterfront District in Port Angeles has a question for downtown business owners.

Do you want to have hanging flowers in front of your business this year? If so, they ask that you join them in placing an order for hanging flower baskets to brighten up the neighborhood this spring and summer.

This new pilot program will be offering flower baskets from The Answer For Youth, (TAFY), the local non-profit offering services to at-risk youth and others. You may have already seen these beautiful TAFY baskets around town. They’ve supplied flower baskets to Kokopelli, Red Lion, and Traylors in the recent past.

This Saturday, March 8, the Waterfront District will be placing a bulk order before the order cutoff. They ask that businesses place their orders with them by this Friday. You can email pawaterfront.org or send a note to their Facebook page.

Order the “mid-size” flower basket at a cost of $95 each, plus tax. Someone from the Waterfront District will then bring the flower basket to your business when it’s ready.
