SEQUIM — The Sequim School District is putting two measures before voters in a special election this February, and now school officials have announced they’ll host 4 community tours this month.

One of the measures is a $146 million construction bond. The second is a $36 million educational programs and operations (EP&O) levy renewal.

The construction bond includes plans to replace Helen Haller Elementary School, modernize Sequim High School, upgrade safety measures, and improve facilities at all district schools.

With that in mind, they’ve scheduled these upcoming community forums with the public.

On January 16 at 11:am, they’ll have an Information and Community Tour that will meet at the District Office board room.

On January 23 at 7:pm, meet at the Sequim High School library.

On January 28 at 9:am, meet at the District Office Board room

And on January 30 at 1:pm, meet at the District Office Board Room
