Sequim – Sequim’s own Pearle Peterson has been invited back to the World Series to sing the National Anthem following her sensational performance last year.

Peterson grew up in Sequim and was an 18-year-old Sequim High School senior when she performed last October. A self-taught singer, she was with the Boys and Girls Club for 11 years before moving on to the University of Illinois-Champaign where she studies lyrical theatre as she pursues a bachelor’s degree in music arts.

Ready for goosebumps? Here’s Pearle from last year’s performance at the World Series.
