PORT ANGELES — A capital levy and a separate programs and operations levy for the Crescent School District appear to be heading for approval.

In the first counts release last night, 68 percent voted in favor of the capital plan. About 66 percent of voters said yes to the operations levy.

Cape Flattery’s school levy was also passing with more than 60 percent saying yes.

Voters in the west end are approving a plan to lift the levy for hospital District one. That measure was garnering about 55 percent yes vote.
