festival-of-trees

PORT ANGELES – Tickets are now on sale for this year’s Festival of Trees Opening Ceremony, which is happening this Wednesday at the Vern Burton Community Center in Port Angeles.

The ceremony will once again include the stunning Christmas displays that were donated by Microsoft to the Olympic Medical Center Foundation in 2022.

The LED-lit giant ornaments will be turned on – and will include performances by Ghostlight Productions. There are a limited number of tickets available at $20 each that will include covered seating, access to view the decorated trees before or after the ceremonies and a pre-event reception.

Tickets, which must be purchased to enter Vern Burton for the reception and tree viewing, are available at www.omhf.org or by calling the OMC Foundation office at 360-417-7144.

There will also be un-covered standing room viewing areas that will be free of charge. Ticket holders will be allowed access to view the 50 decorated trees inside Vern Burton that will be auctioned, raffled or sold during the Festival over the Thanksgiving weekend.

Tickets are available for all other Festival of Trees events except for the Teddy Bear Tea, which is sold out, at omcf.org.
