PORT ANGELES – We cover a lot of high school sports, but let’s not forget about the academic achievers in our schools. The Port Angeles Education Foundation (PAEF) recently honored 4 Port Angeles High School students for academic achievement, and we thought you should about it.
PAEF’s Academic Achievement Award is presented to high school seniors who have earned a 3.5 grade point average every semester of grades 9-11 at Port Angeles High School, while taking at least nine full-year Honors and/or Advanced Placement courses.
Those 4 students are Sarah Ward, Henry Walsh, Yau Fu, and Zachary Pullara.
Family members attended the awards presentation at the high school and enjoyed a lunch reception.
