SEQUIM — The City of Sequim has a plan to build new, fully ADA-accessible playgrounds in its three major parks, Carrie Blake Park, Margaret Kirner Park, and Dr. Standard Park.

The funding to build them is not in place, but the 2022 budget did include $50,000 for design concept and cost development. The City hired a consultant firm to come up with some ideas, and those ideas are now being presented for the public to look over online, along with a survey to let you vote for your favorite playground themes.

The redesign options and survey are available on the City of Sequim website (here).

The survey will close on September 30.
