AGNEW — Two people were injured when a small plane crashed Saturday night in Agnew.
A 1964 Piper Cherokee PA-28-235 was reportedly enroute from Bellingham to Sequim Valley Airport. Witnesses say it appeared to run out fuel and went down in a neighborhood.
First responders say both people in the plane were injured. Both were conscious and talking at the time of the rescue. They were taken to Olympic Medical Center. An updated condition report was not available. No one was hurt on the ground.
The State Patrol, Clallam County Sheriff’s Office and FAA are continuing the investigation.
