GARDINER  – Two Sequim residents were injured in a one-vehicle rollover on Highway 101 near Diamond Point Road about 6:30 Monday night.

According to the State Patrol, a Mitsubishi Montero driven by 26-year-old Jonathan Flores-Cisneros left the road and rolled over. It came to rest fifty feet off the roadway and Flores-Cisneros and 24-year-old passenger Diana Perez Elias were trapped.

Elias was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center as a precaution. Flores-Cisneros was taken to the hospital by aid car.

The accident is still under investigation.
