Robin Hill Farm County Park will reopen on Friday at 8:am, after closing to the public because of substantial tree blowdown in November’s big storms. The destruction left the park trail system unsafe and largely impassible.
During the park closure, downed trees were removed and utilized for county park cordwood, some was hauled off by volunteers from the Port Angeles Kiwanis Club, and some was left on the ground.
Now that Robin Hill Farm Park is reopening, trail restoration will continue throughout the summer and fall and should wrap up during the winter.
