HOOD CANAL – A Coast Guard helicopter out of Port Angeles helped rescue people struggling in a rowboat in Hood Canal.

The two people Sunday were unable to maneuver their rowboat due to high winds in the area.

An Air Station Port Angeles MH-65 Dolphin helicopter aircrew rescued the two people and transported them to family members at Bremerton National Airport in stable condition.
