The westernmost side of the Ediz Hook Boat Launch will temporarily close beginning Friday for Shoreline Restoration work.

The work is being performed by Western Marine Construction in conjunction with the Navy Facilities Engineering Systems Command Northwest.

It’s expected to take six weeks, but the schedule of work is tide-dependent and subject to change.

The eastern side of the Ediz Hook Boat Launch will remain open for public use.
