PORT ANGELES – A Clallam County Superior Court judge has issued arrest warrants for the purse snatcher and his accomplice who robbed a 79-year-old woman at a Port Angeles grocery store Sunday morning and dragged her with their car in the parking lot.
28-year-old Orlando J. Yslava and 21-year-old Alivia L. Konopaski, both of Port Angeles, are wanted for Robbery 1 and Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
