
PORT ANGELES – Longtime Port Angeles School District administrator Chuck Lisk is retiring.
Lisk is currently the assistant superintendent and says his last day at the district will be October 2nd.
Lisk has been with the Port Angeles School District over 26 years, 21 of those as principal at Franklin Elementary and Stevens Middle School and 5 years as the assistant superintendent. During his time at PASD, Lisk was recognized three times as the Regional Principal of the Year and received the 2011 Washington State Middle Level Principal of the Year award.
Michelle Olsen has accepted the assistant superintendent position. Olsen has worked in the PASD since 2002 and was most recently the principal at Dry Creek Elementary. Tiffinny Blore has been named interim principal at Dry Creek Elementary School effective immediately.
