PORT ANGELES – The Port Angeles School District Board of Directors gave final approval Thursday night to put three of the properties owned by the District up for sale.
The Central Services Building at 216 East Fourth Street and two vacant lots, one at 941 Draper Road and the other at 1139 West 14th Street are officially up for bid as of Friday.
The District abandoned the Central Services Building last year and moved all administrative operations to the Lincoln Center on West 9th Street as a cost saving measure.
The vacant lots are each about 2-and-one-third acres in size.
District officials are accepting bids on the properties until September 5 and plan to announce their final sales decisions on the night of September 24.
