REXBURG, Idaho — In Idaho’s Fremont County, Prosecutor Rob Wood stated today that the human remains found on Chad Daybell’s property on Tuesday were in fact those of children.
Daybell is currently facing two felony counts of destruction, alteration or concealment of evidence. Autopsy results are pending on the remains found.
Daybell appeared in court at 11 a.m. Wednesday. His wife, Lori Vallow, is already in custody on charges related to the disappearance of her children, 7-year-old Joshua Vallow and his sister 17-year-old Tylee Ryan, who haven’t been seen since September of last year.
