PORT ANGELES – Jefferson Elementary School is getting a new principal.
Rhonda Kromm will take over the top administrative spot at the school beginning July First.
Kromm takes over for Joyce Mininger who has been principal at Jefferson for eight years and is taking a similar job in Panama.
Kromm has been serving as a vice-principal at Port Angeles High School since July 2019. Prior to coming to the Port Angeles School District, Kromm was the assistant principal for four years at the Sequim Middle School. She also has over 15 years of experience teaching kindergarten through sixth grade students.
