SEQUIM – The 124th Sequim Irrigation Festival kicks off Friday, May 3 with the First Friday Art Walk, a High School Operetta and the Arts and Crafts Fair.
Friday will also see the launch of the City of Sequim’s very first People’s Project, which gives everybody, including non-residents and visitors, the opportunity to help decide how to spend $150,000 of the City’s budget for civic improvements.
Administrative Services Director Sue Hagener says they’re taking advantage of the thousands of people in town to get as many folks as they can to come by the Civic Center, look over the projects, and vote for their favorites.
