
PORT ANGELES – Last year the City of Port Angeles hired a consultant to take at look at the City Pier and submit a report about its current load rating and general condition.
The report came back good for the most part, though there are some concerns about corrosion in steel and cracking concrete that will eventually become problems.
We asked Parks and Recreation Director Corey Delikat if maybe it was time to get a bid on the cost of repairs and see about finding some money in the budget.
