PORT ANGELES – Virtual Reality, the immersive, 360-degree headset experience is coming to our local library system.
There’s a kick-off event on Wednesday, March 27 at the Port Angeles branch from 5-7:00pm, and anyone 13 years or older is invited to enter a whole new virtual world.
Titles such as First Contact, Dinosaurs, America’s National Parks, Apollo 11, Mars Odyssey, Everest, and many more will be available using Oculus Rifts and Go headsets.
VR experiences will be about 15-20 minutes per user and are on a first come, first served basis with a waiting list if needed.
March 27 in Port Angeles is the kick-off, but beginning in April, weekly VR sessions will be held at all NOLS locations.
