PORT ANGELES – Just one day after a motorcyclist from Astoria Oregon was ejected from his bike in a crash near Forks and airlifted to Harborview, State Troopers report that a Port Angeles man crashed his motorcycle Monday on Lewis Road east of Port Angeles.
At about 8:00 AM, 50-year-old Brandon Zeeb was traveling westbound on Highway 101 at what Troopers say was a high rate of speed when he attempted to turn onto Lewis Road. Zeeb lost control in the turn and he and his bike left the roadway.
He was transported by aid car to OMC. The report says that he was wearing a helmet, alcohol was not involved, and his bike was totaled.
Zeeb was charged with reckless driving.
