LAKE CRESCENT – A head-on crash between a motorcycle and pickup has seriously injured a man.

It happened about four yesterday afternoon near Lake Crescent on a Forest Service Road.

The unidentified man was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center with head injuries.

A seven-year-old boy with the man was also injured and taken to Olympic Medical Center in unknown condition. First responders say both were on the motorcycle and were wearing helmets.

The motorcycle hit an oncoming pickup head on as the bike came around a corner on Forest Service Road 2918.
