PORT ANGELES — A Port Angeles-based Coast Guard cutter is offloading more than $78 million in cocaine.
The Cutter Active is in San Diego this week.
The haul comes after the Active had two drug interceptions off the Central American coast earlier this month.
The Coast Guard says the crew seized nearly 5,300 pounds of cocaine and took six suspected drug smugglers into custody.
