PORT ANGELES – Port Angeles’ Steve Zenovic is the winner of a new Toyota car.

His adopted rubber duck was the first to cross the finish line in the Great Olympic Peninsula Duck Derby Sunday at Lincoln Park.

Zenovic’s was one of 30,411 ducks in the race this year. That’s the largest duck total since 2011.

The ducks were dumped into a pond at the park and pushed by blasts of water from a fire hose.

50 prizes were awarded. Money raised from the annual fundraiser helps the Olympic Medical Center Foundation.
